Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is successfully placed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders across Pakistan.

  • No additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan.

  • Orders above PKR 5,000 require a 20% advance payment before processing.

  • The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery for eligible COD orders.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the shipment may be returned. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
